在中国出口核销、在越南自行办理进口报关资料。
这种货物的运输程序是：（1）万商公司协助客户将本公司的出口核销单和报关电子手册在异地海关备案和办理授权。（2）与万商公司签订委托运输和代理报关协议。（3）客户提供承运货物的明细、形式发票和样品。（4）客户在越南自行办理进口报关资料。
在完成上述程序后，万商公司负责中国和越南出口、进口的代理清关和运输，收取运费和代理报关费。
第二种形式，客户在中国、特别是在越南不能自行报关，由万商公司负责代理进出口报关。
（1）客户要提供货物清单明细。（2）客户提供货物的详细技术资料、样品或样品照片。（3）万商公司查询越南的进口关税。
客户承担运费、清关代理费，还要承担越南进口关税。如果在中国出口货物需要退税，客户还要按照退税程序提供相应的资料。
第三种形式，以万商公司的名义出口和进口（双清）。
客户只需提供货物清单，承担与税费捆绑在一起的运费。
