1. 代理需要委托我司在发件国家取件，必须详细正确填写委托书并加盖公章；请向我司业务人员联系索取委托书样本；
2. 委托我司取运非文件类快件时请通知发件方必须提供商业发票，否则将影响快件的转运时效，我司不提供代为申报的服务；
3. 快件到达香港后，我司将会复核重量，实重与材积比，取大者为计费重量，材积计算方式：长*宽*高/5000CM；
4. 我司接受委托取件时间：周一至周六，截止时间：16：30PM；截止时间之前的件，我司当天通知安排取件；到港大致需要2-3天
